Atelier New York offers a 14-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags attached. We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every curated piece in our collection.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original luxury packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided pre-paid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our atelier team inspects the item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
